Job Description
1. Provide professional nursing care to patients, assist doctors in daily diagnosis and treatment, and follow medical standards and protocols.
2. Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, maintain nursing records, and perform routine ward rounds.
3. Ensure a clean and safe medical environment, disinfect equipment regularly, and comply with infection control policies.
4. Communicate with patients and their families, provide health education, and answer medical and care-related questions.
5. Support patient admission, monitoring, follow-up, and discharge procedures.
6. Cooperate with the medical team to ensure smooth daily department operation.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; valid professional nursing license required.
2. Familiar with clinical nursing procedures and medical safety standards.
3. Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
4. Patient, detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Able to work flexible shifts and under pressure.
