Job Description
1 . Customer service;
2. Supervision of the donation process, embryo creation, genetic analysis and endometrial preparation follow-up;
3. Psychological support for medical contact with specialists in prenatal care, drafting and updating physical and virtual medical reports；
4. Management and coordination of medical staff；
5. Relationship with suppliers.
Job requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare and fertility.
2. Proven success in managing regional operations, leading teams, and achieving business goals；
3. Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams；
4. Familiar with the IVF fertility industry and has local egg/sperm donation resources, network, and legal procedure；
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills；
7. Fluent in English and Spanish.
