Job Description
1 . Customer service;
2. Supervision of the donation process, embryo creation, genetic analysis and endometrial preparation follow-up;
3. Psychological support for medical contact with specialists in prenatal care, drafting and updating physical and virtual medical reports;
4. Management and coordination of medical staff;
5. Relationship with suppliers.
Job requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare and fertility.
2. Proven success in managing regional operations, leading teams, and achieving business goals;
3. Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams;
4. Familiar with the IVF fertility industry and has local egg/sperm donation resources, network, and legal procedure;
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Fluent in English and Spanish.
