Job Description
1. Write legal documents such as complaint, defense, appeal, etc.
2. Participate in negotiations, mediation, and other legal affairs;
3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on relevant laws and policies, and provide consulting opinions to clients.
Job requirements
1. Have a solid foundation in legal knowledge, familiar with laws and regulations related to surrogacy, sperm, and egg donation. Lawyer experience in the field of assisted reproduction is preferred.
2. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, able to write high-quality legal documents;
3. Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to calmly respond to various complex situations;
4. Possess team spirit and be able to collaborate with other team members to complete tasks together.
