Power IVF is seeking an Operations Director in Mexico City. As the operations director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations within the clinic, including day-to-day operations, financial performance, and strategic planning. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Job requirements
10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare, fertility, and hospital management.
Proven success in managing operations, leading teams, and achieving business goals.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
Familiar with the IVF fertility industry and has local surrogacy, egg donation resources, network, and legal procedure
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience with Assisted Reproductive Technology or the IVF industry is a strong plus.
