Job Description
1 Responsible for managing the company's financial and accounting work, ensuring the accuracy of financial data;
2. Prepare financial statements and conduct financial analysis, recommend and implement improvement plans;
3. Meet the financial needs and requirements of the company and laws and regulations;
4. Participate in financial and business decision-making, and provide advice to management;
5. Manage and develop the abilities of team members.
Job requirements
1 Having a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in the business/finance field, with at least 3 years of experience in financial management;
3. Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting methods;
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
5. Proficient in using financial software such as SAP and tools such as Excel.
