Job Description
1. Responsible for posting recruitment information, screening resumes, and inviting interviews;
2. Handle employee onboarding, regularization, transfer, resignation, and other procedures;
3. Responsible for purchasing office supplies, maintaining, and managing computers and equipment in the office area;
4. Responsible for employee attendance statistics and personnel administrative file management;
5. Responsible for personnel, administration, procurement, and other related work related to company operations;
6. Other temporary tasks arranged by the leader.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions;
2. Priority will be given to personnel and administrative workers with at least 1 year of experience;
3. Strong communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, positive and proactive, and good at learning;
4. Possess team spirit, meticulous and rigorous in work, able to withstand certain pressure;
5. Responsible and able to work independently.
