Job Description
1. Develop sales plans and strategies, implement them, and achieve sales performance targets;
2. Establish and maintain customer relationships, handle customer reception, and resolve customer issues;
3. Conduct market analysis and research on competitors to formulate response strategies;
4. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth sales processes.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields;
2. Five or more years of sales or marketing experience in the assisted reproductive industry, with successful case studies and extensive problem-solving expertise;
3. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with clear expression and eloquence;
4. Possess strong market analysis capabilities, capable of accurately identifying product differentiation advantages and market opportunities;
5. Optimistic, proactive, passionate, and driven in sales, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the profession.
