Job Description
1. Be responsible for medical consultation services for customers and be able to solve general complaints.
2. Responsible for the customer's car arrangement in Mexico, restaurant reservation, docking accommodation, and other related matters;
3. Be responsible for communication and coordination between the client and the clinic, fluent in Mandarin and Spanish, quick response, and timely problem-solving;
4. Understand the maintenance and management of customer relationships, maintain old customers, and have strong customer awareness;
5. Recruitment and management of surrogates, docking with surrogate management agencies.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in clinical medicine and biology is preferred;
2. Those who have experience in surrogacy management institutions and reproductive centers are preferred, and those who have experience in tourism, medical care, and customer service are preferred.
3. Local people in Mexico, fluent in Spanish and Mandarin, and English is preferred.
4. Dedicated, punctual, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under certain pressure;
5. Have good service awareness, communication skills, and team experience, and be patient and meticulous in work;
6. Have a sense of faith, strong execution, team consciousness, and follow the instructions of the superior;
7. Have a driver's license and drive skillfully.
