Job Description
1. Assist the management in formulating an appropriate compensation system to attract and retain outstanding talent.
2. Explore and promote effective recruitment channels, such as social media, to establish and maintain a talent pool.
3. Develop and communicate effective interview processes and techniques to ensure success rates and employment quality.
4. Analyze data, pay attention to market development trends, to better understand competitors and formulate more competitive recruitment strategies.
5. Coordinate and supervise departments to complete their work, especially for personnel-related projects.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. At least 5 years of relevant IVF recruitment experience;
3. Have a deep understanding of the recruitment process, talent evaluation, and incentives;
4. Possess excellent communication, analysis, and coordination skills;
5. Have sensitivity to new technologies and social media platforms, and be able to increase the accuracy of predicting candidates through data.
