Dr. Wei-Hua Wang

Wei-Hua Wang has an illustrious career in the field of reproductive medicine. He previously served as the laboratory director at Aspire-Houston Fertility Institute, Prelude Fertility/Inception, Texas, where he dedicated his efforts for a significant period. With twenty-five years of experience in in vitro fertilization (IVF) services, he made remarkable achievements, including establishing one of the largest frozen donor egg banks in the United States.

He also held adjunct professorships at renowned institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou University, and Guangzhou Medical University, during which he actively engaged in academic teaching and research guidance. His research was highly regarded internationally, and in 1999, he was honored with the General Program Prize (meiotic spindle imaging in living human oocytes) from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Wang demonstrated great productivity as a researcher, publishing over 100 research papers in peer-reviewed journals and books, which were cited more than 7000 times. Additionally, he actively participated in the academic review process, serving as a reviewer for around twenty international journals. He once led a team of 20 embryologists, and the Houston clinic under his management carried out 7000 IVF cycles. His leadership and professional capabilities helped the lab rank among the top 3 - 5 largest IVF labs in the United States, making him one of the most outstanding laboratory directors in the industry.
