Dr. Gaytan holds an M.D. from Universidad Anáhuac, Mexico City, and advanced degree in Human Reproduction from the University of Valencia, Spain. Dr. Gayton had his reproduction clinical fellowship training at IVI Fertility in Spain (now IVI RMA, the largest IVF group in the world) under pioneers Drs. Antonio Pellicer, José Remohí, and Carlos Simón. Dr. Gaytan co-founded IVI Mexico with IVI group, the first IVI clinic outside Spain, and as its Medical Director, established it as the leading IVF clinic with highest success rate in Latin American during his seven years tenure. Dr. Gaytan later founded his own clinic, developing it into Mexico’s largest egg donation and surrogacy program for over 15 years, which he successfully sold.
At POWER IVF, Dr. Gaytan leads a globally recognized fertility center known for high success rates, particularly for older women, through personalized IVF, fertility preservation, egg donation, and surrogacy programs.
