Power IVF is seeking a surrogacy and donor regional manager to lead their operations located in Mexico City, Mexico. We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented professional with a strong background in sales to join our team as a surrogacy and donor regional manager. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for potential intended parents, IVF clinics, and others exploring our agency's services. You will be instrumental in initiating surrogacy and donation cases and driving our program's success.
Job requirements
·5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare and fertility
·Proven success in managing regional operations, leading teams, and achieving business goals.
·Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
·Familiar with the IVF fertility industry and has local surrogacy, egg donation resources, network, and legal procedure
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience with Assisted Reproductive Technology or the IVF industry is a strong plus.
